Background
Dr. Holland earned her doctorate from the University of Washington’s School Psychology program (APA-accredited). She concluded her doctoral studies with a clinical APA-accredited internship at Florida State University’s Multidisciplinary Evaluation and Consulting Center in Tallahassee, Florida, where she received specialized training in ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and school-based mental health services. She subsequently completed her post-doctoral training on an NIH-funded research fellowship specializing in ADHD at the Children’s Learning Clinic (CLC) in the Clinical Psychology department at Florida State University.
Dr. Holland has taught several courses and supervised undergraduate and graduate students at Western Washington University, Florida State University, and University of Washington.
Prior to pursuing her Ph.D., Dr. Holland earned a master’s degree in education from the University of Puget Sound, was a public school teacher in the Highline School District, worked at the All Kinds of Minds Institute in New York City, and was the language training department head at University Preparatory School in Seattle. Currently, Dr. Holland works in private practice part-time and teaches at University of Washington part-time.
